Emma Hart is today's author we are spotlighting. She is an amazing Author. She has quite a few books under her belt. I am excited to be spotlighting her today. She is a New Adult author who has hit the New York Times and USA Today bestsellers list. Unfortunately she was unable to do a video spotlight due to unforeseen circumstances, so I appreciate that she was able to send in questions!
- Tell us your name, and about the books you have written, and what you are working on now.
My name is Emma Hart, and I’ve written a lot of books. Lol. There’s the Memories series, the Game series, the Call series, the Wild series, The Burke Brothers series, and most recently, the By His Game series. I’m currently working on two books in the By His Game series—beta edits for Sidelined, releasing in March, and drafting Intercepted, releasing April.
- Are there any authors you enjoy reading when you are not writing?
I rarely get to read, but I love Kristen Ashley, Kendall Ryan, Laurelin Paige, and I just started reading Kaleidoscope Hearts by Claire Contreras. It’s my first book by her and I’m loving it!
- If you were not a writer what else would you like to have done?
Well, I always wanted to be a ballerina. But I can’t dance. So. Failing that, a princess would have worked. ;)
- Do you listen to music while writing? If so what?
Yes! I can’t write without it. I will listen to anything and everything. It depends what tone I’m writing. Right now I’m addicted to Olly Murs – Up, with Demi Lovato, and Beautiful to Me.
- Anything you would like to tell your readers?
I’m sorry this wasn’t the planned video, but my internet hates me! Lol. When it’s back I’ll draft in Mr. H for another Q&A. And thank you for reading my books! There wouldn’t be books without you.
