My 4 star review for Epiphany by Christina Jean Michaels

My 4 Star Review:

I enjoyed the sixth sense aspect to this story.

Mackenzie is a 23 year old woman just trying to get through the day, trying to be normal. Seriously, who wants to be friends with someone who dreams about other women’s murders? Leaving her life behind, she moves to Watcher’s Point for a fresh start. She has made a pretty good friend, Six and has a job she mostly enjoys. The last thing she expected was Aidan to waltz into her life. Did I mention that he is the guy she has been dreaming about? Yep, you heard me.. He walks into her life.. Gorgeous, mysterious, smart and closed off.. *insert caution and EXPLOSIVE chemistry here*

Aidan is on a mission. He is in Watcher’s Point for one reason only and that is to end the mocking he left back home. His past locked tightly away along with his misery and secrets. What he wasn’t planning on was Mac. How this mysterious beauty was able to break down his walls is beyond him. The one thing he knows is that he will do anything to protect.

Together Mac and Adian learn to trust. Learn to move forward by being able to face the past and accept it to welcome the future they deserve.

To make things even more crazy how about we enter *crazy family secrets here* I am talking a DOOZY of one, one that will tear relationships apart.

Risking being together could be a killer for their new found relationship.
All I have to say is that Christina did a FANTASTIC job. The characters were very well written. I loved how I was able to connect with each of them in one way or another.

The twists and turns kept me guessing throughout the story. Then you have the jaw dropping moments when some family secrets surface. This book has it all..the unexplained, mystery, suspense, drama, heartache and romance.

I cannot wait for to see what is in store for Mac and Aidan in Awakening.
