My Kaptivating Take:

lost adjective \ˈlȯst\

: unable to be found

: not knowing where you are or how to get to where you want to go : unable to find your way

: no longer held, owned, or possessed

Madison is such a great female character. She stands by what she believes in. As a talent agent’s assistant she is busy and constantly trying to prove that she has got what it takes to do the job. Guarding her heart close, she isn’t big on the whole dating scene. She just hasn’t been able to find her Mr. Right she has dated a lot of Mr. Wrongs but her heart wants what it wants.

While at Walker Rhodes concert with her best friend, Madison is shocked when he picks her to come on stage with him. He is every bit as gorgeous in person as he is in all those tabloid photos. She is star struck as he serenades her, lost in the lyrics and his eyes*insertcrazychemsitryhere*
Madison fights tooth and nail to stay away from bad boy rock star, Walker. The thing is, she can’t deny the connection or the attraction she feels for him.

Walker Rhodes is used to being in the spotlight and getting any woman he wants. When he sees Madison in the crowd during his concert, he is immediately drawn to her. There is something about her. Wanting a chance to get to know her better he does what any man would do or at least what any rock star would do, he brings her on stage to sing to her. Thinking he has got this one in the bag he is surprised at her reaction after the show. She wants nothing to do with him. He wants her and does everything he can to get to know her. She is everything he has been looking for.

When Madison reluctantly agrees to go out with Walker, her life changes in the blink of a flash *insertcrazypaparazzihere* to make matters worse, their date goes from bad to worse. Ashamed, hurt and embarrassed, she tries to get out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. When Walker jumps into her car, she has no choice but to get out of there asap. Knowing they can’t go back to his place she agrees to take him back to hers. While they hid at her place, she finds herself so taken with him and it shocks her that she is so comfortable with him.

Taking things slow, she finds she has a lot in common with him. She is also scared to death because he is a man who has heart break written all over him he is also a man that has her Seeing Stars...

About the Author

I got fired from my last job.

It's true.

I know you're sitting there thinking, "Jenn, how could anyone in their right mind fire someone as amazing and awesome as you are???" And i'd love to give you a good reason, but the truth is... being This! Awesome! is clearly very scary to other less awesome people.  :)

So I said screw them and started writing my first book. And you know what I realized? Writing books that mean something to me is a million times better than working my ass off for someone who doesn't really care about anything other than the bottom line.

My soul feels more satisfied.
My heart, more full.

So thank you for reading, loving and recommending the stories I write.
I think you're awesome- and not only am I not scared of other awesome people, I want them on my team!
